Melian’s restaurant offers creative dishes, inspired mainly by the sea, with the use of fresh products of the Melian land that guests can savor in view of the wonderful coastal scenery.
At the zen terrace you can enjoy traditional dishes with the creative twist of our chef such as Greek Salad, Octopus with eggplant, tomato confit and balsamic cream, traditional “noodles” from Milos with local cheese, olives and herbs as well as Salmon with carrot cream, orange sauce and ouzo. Don’t miss the sea bass ceviche, one of our chef’s signature dishes.
Accompany your dinner with fine wines from the carefully selected wine list of the restaurant and enjoy a culinary experience that will long be remembered.

Guests can enjoy their breakfast on the spacious terrace while residents are offered the possibility to be served in the privacy of their room.
