Security Deposit
To guarantee a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total reservation is required with minimum 3 days.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation or alteration of booking within 21 days prior to arrival, results in loss of the deposit. 
Non-show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in full charge of the entire stay. 
To cancel an existing reservation written notification is required.
